Mr. Jon Reynolds, Assistant Principal
My name is Jon Reynolds and this is my first year as AP at Northridge Middle School. This will be my 11th year with TCS, as I spent my first 6 years at Paul Bryant HS and the last 4 years at Northridge HS. Previously, I was a Collaborative SPE teacher and an assistant baseball coach. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Special Education in 2008 from the University of Toledo, and my Master's degree in Educational Leadership in 2024 from the University of Alabama. I have a wife of 9 years named Brittany, and a 7-year-old son named Griffin. I am an avid sports fan, rooting for the Crimson Tide, New York Yankees, and Dallas Cowboys. I'm excited for the upcoming school year and can't wait to get to work!
Mrs. Brooklyn Wood, Assistant Principal
I am proud to serve as the 8th Grade Assistant Principal at Northridge Middle School. This is my fourth year at Northridge, and I continue to be grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our students, families, faculty, and staff each day.
My background in education includes experience as an elementary classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional leader. I believe that strong schools are built through meaningful relationships, high expectations, consistency, and a true sense of belonging. One of the things I value most about Northridge is the diversity of our school community and the many unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives our students bring with them each day.
As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, I am excited about the opportunities ahead for our Jaguars. My goal is to support students academically, socially, and personally while helping create a school environment where every student feels safe, supported, challenged, and connected. I also believe that strong partnerships between school and home are essential, and I look forward to working closely with our families throughout the year.
Northridge is a special place, and I am proud to be a Jag. I am looking forward to another wonderful year of learning, growth, and celebrating the accomplishments of our students and school community. There truly is a place for every Jag!
